The Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial will soon be unveiled in our Nation’s capitol. Dr. King once stated that “a right delayed is a right denied” and that is why I encourage all of us to continue to fight to make sure prejudice is eliminated from our society and so no one in our great city faces discrimination or bias.
We celebrate the life of a pioneer and a hero who fought so we all could live in a fair and equal world. Continuing his work is the greatest tribute we can pay Dr. King.
